It's Back!


I remembered today what is one of my more FAVORITE smells ever.
FRESHLY CUT GRASS.
I smelled it for the first time today this year and it is for sure in my top 5 for my smeller.
(Isn't smell such a funny word?)

That's funny you thought of that today because I just started running again on a regular basis and was loving the smell of the freshly cut grass and the flowers. I love the spring.

Seriously we just keep getting teased with a good day here and there. I need it to stop snowing today!! I haven't gotten the chance to smell the grass yet.

I agree. I could mow the grass any day just to get the smell. And the feel. I have to mow bare-footed.

Art Show

Tonight was Cooper and Connor's Art Show which displayed all the art work they completed this summer during Rachel Waters' art class. They started about 5 weeks ago and completed a different art project every week. Tonight, family got to come and see their projects on display. It was so fun. Cooper and Connor are very artistic and love to create. Rachel, their art teacher, was awesome. She came up with the cutest projects and helped ignite their creativity. It was a great experience and I'm so proud of their great work!!
